Ingredients:
2 Ounce Malibu&Reg; Coconut Rum
3 Ounce Dole&Reg; Pineapple Juice
3 Ounce Tonic Water
1 Pineapple Chunk

Method:
Pour the Malibu coconut rum into a collins glass filled with ice cubes
Add the Dole pineapple juice & tonic water, & stir
Place a chunk of pineapple on the top, & serve with a straw
