Ingredients
- 1oz melon liqueur
- 1 oz coconut flavored rum
- pineapple juice
- orange juice
- splash of soda water
- sugar and salt
- lime
- maraschino cherry
PREPARATION - Sprinkle sugar on one half of a plate and salt on the other, touching in the middle.
- Run lime around the rim of a bucket glass (10 to 14 oz.), and dip the rim into the salt and sugar.
- Fill glass with ice and add melon liqueur and coconut-flavored rum.
- Fill almost to the top with equal parts pineapple and orange juice.
- Top off with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
