Ingredients:

ice, in shaker
citrus vodka
white sake
lemon juice
vanilla simple syrup
whipped cream (already whipped, which makes it fluffier)

Directions:

1. Shake, don't stir, and strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
   
2. Place already beaten egg whites on top of martini and brown with a blow torch
