Ingredients

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup crushed ice

3 tsp sugar or sugar subsitute

1 tsp of instant coffee

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together with ice  at  high speed till frothy

serve chill.top with one scoop of vanila ice cream
