Traditional Tom Collins
Ingredients
  1. 2 oz Magellan Gin
  2. 1 oz Lemon Juice
  3. 1 tsp fine sugar
 Directions
 
  1. Mix ingredients in shaker. strain into highball glass.
  2. Add  club soda.
  3. Garnish with orange slice and cherry
