Gin Fizz

Ingredients 

  • 4 cl gin
  • 6 cl lemon juice
  • sugar syrup
  • egg white

Directions 

  1. shake all the abovementioned ingredients for few minutes
  2. put in long glass 
  3. add 2-3 cl of soda 
  4. stir
